Frequently Asked Questions
Some guests jump in front of the camera and no guidance is necessary! We have fun and let them vibe. Other guests welcome some posing guidance to help them feel comfortable and look their best.
Do the guests get posing guidance?
Honestly? No. We believe that your guests personality should fill the frame so we keep it chic, timeless and simple.
Do you offer different backdrops?
The gallery will be in your inbox within 46hrs of your celebration! It will also be sent directly to those guests that register their email address with us on the evening via QR code at the end of their session.
When will we receive the gallery of our guest portraits?
We are based in South Wales but cover venues across the UK! Our prices don’t include mileage and if you’re reasonable distance along the M4 or across Wales and the border there’s no further charges! Outside the M4? Let’s chat about your event or special day and get a proper quote set up.
What areas do you cover?
We need a 2m x 3m space to set up and do our best work.
